• Payment Terms All fees for services provided by Genesis AI Solutions are due prior to the commencement of any work unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments through Stripe. By using Stripe to process payments, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

• Use of Services You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
